Abstract

Abstract
Thanks to outstanding domestic and foreign scientists of the last century, modern science has good prerequisites for further scientific research into the development of young people in new socio-economic conditions, taking into account not only Russian and world standards, but also at the regional level, which is very relevant. The outlook of each certain person and society in general arises as result of mastering by them information on essence of the world and the nature of their interaction with him. Today the methodological field of education is characterized by fragmentary vision, the complete picture of problems and uniform tradition of their statement and interpretation hasn’t developed.

Abstract
The results of an empirical study of the characteristics of cognitive, emotional and behavioral strategies of coping behavior in 1st and 2nd year students of a medical university prone to Internet addiction are presented in the article. It is empirically proven that students who do not have an Internet addiction in most cases use productive copings that can effectively overcome everyday stress. Students with a pronounced pattern of Internet-dependent behavior prefer unproductive coping strategies aimed at ignoring the problem, isolation, passive humility and self-blaming. The results obtained are important and can be used in psychoprophylaxis and correction of Internet addiction.

Abstract
The article provides an overview of scientific studies describing the phenomenon and structure of aggressiveness in the student community. The variety of external manifestations of this phenomenon of aggressiveness makes it possible to study it in detail. An empirical study of the level of aggressiveness of KSMU students was conducted using the Bass-Darki interrogation technique. The results are processed and conclusions are drawn that contribute to the normalization of the level of internal and interpersonal aggression in the youth environment.

Abstract
This article explores the attitude of students to extracurricular activities on the example of students of the Kursk State Medical University. The educational and extracurricular activities of students, the impact of comprehensive development on personal and professional qualities, as well as the motives of the young generation when choosing one or another activist activity, are analyzed. Conclusions are drawn about the influence of an active life position on the formation of skills for the effective organization of free time. It also highlights the conditions that affect the leadership qualities of a future professional.

Abstract
This article examined the diet of a modern student according to a study conducted in schools in Kursk among students from grades 5 to 11 for 2018-2019. The questionnaire data were analyzed, reflecting students’ awareness of the principles of good nutrition, diet, and diet. The main food preferences of students are highlighted. The necessity of helping students in the search for internal motivation to maintain a balanced diet is identified and justified.
