Abstract
The author’s correctional and rehabilitation program “Sand therapy for correcting communication deficiencies in the“ parent-child ”decade for working with a family raising a child with hearing impairment” (for 2nd-grade students (deaf and hard of hearing) and their parents) is described in the article. The program was tested at the Kursk Boarding School OKOU in order to correct the communicative deficiencies of students with hearing impairments through sand therapy.

Abstract
The article presents a historical and retrospective analysis of foreign studies of Internet-dependent behavior in the period from the end of the twentieth century to 2009. The author of the article carried out a conditional division of this period into three stages. The aim of the analysis was to assess the influence of researchers ‘ views on the formation of a modern understanding of the phenomenon of Internet addiction. This review can be useful for systematization and generalization of research on the problem of Internet addiction.

Abstract
The article presents an analytical review on the problem of inclusive education at its various stages, including professional education in higher education institutions. The article analyzes the history of the issue, its current state and the urgent tasks for the implementation of the model of inclusive education for persons with restricted physical abilities (RPhA) in the Russian Federation. The article considers a number of international laws and laws of the Russian Federation on education, guaranteeing equal conditions for education for all citizens. Inclusive education - as the most effective and humane - contributes to the process of secondary socialization of young people with RPhA, as well as the development of moral qualities of young people who do not have such characteristics.

Abstract
Mortality and primary morbidity from diabetes are increasing, however, only small amount of diabetes schools exists now; diabetes schools do not receive sufficient funding and do not have a proper therapeutic and preventive effect. In this regard, it is necessary to introduce new effective projects for distance learning for patients with diabetes and assess their effectiveness comparing to already existing activities.

Abstract
The main purpose of higher vocational education is to train qualified, competitive young professionals. Today, the formation of medical students as professionals presents a whole list of requirements, the main of which are initiative, the formation of personal independence, the presence of a creative approach, competitiveness. The process of learning in higher education should create such conditions in which the student will be able to develop the above-described qualities that will allow him to have certain opportunities in the labor market and successfully enter the profession. This is facilitated by a variety of types of training: active forms, methods of business games, research activities, preparation of term papers and dissertations. All forms of training with proper use lead to a more perfect professional and moral formation of future specialists.
