Abstract
The article presents the data of the bibliometric analysis on the problem of studying the personal characteristics of children of primary school age. The results of an empirical study of the characteristics of personal development of children of primary school age (self-esteem, anxiety) are described. Most students have high self-esteem, which is normal for their age. However, some children were found to have a low level of self-esteem. In the study of the level of anxiety of first-graders identified the presence of problems in various fields. The scientific novelty of the research is connected with the fact that this research was conducted within the framework of age psychology and pedagogical psychology. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of developing on the basis of empirical data of the program of support of personal development of children of primary school age in order to optimize the process of adaptation to school.

Abstract
The article considers the current situation of manifestations of self-damaging behavior of adolescents and young people. A theoretical analysis of the concept of “self-damaging behavior”, the reasons for the emergence and consolidation of the corresponding behavior strategy has been carried out. The results of a pilot study of the causes of self-damaging behavior based on the [Typical Self-Harmer] group of the VKontakte social network are presented. The main sample consisted of 160 messages from group members with a minimum volume of 150 characters. The average age of participants is 16.5 years. By the method of content analysis, the categories “situation”, “perception of the situation”, “reaction to the situation” are analyzed. As a result of the study, groups of situations that directly cause the emergence of self-damaging behavior and situations of dual interpretation (as the cause and as a result of the self-damaging behavior of the communicator) are identified. It has been established that the majority of situations provoking self-harm are associated with impaired interaction with the nearest social environment.

Abstract
When providing medical care in pediatrics, a pediatrician requires special skills necessary to establish contact not only with the child, but also with the parent of the child-patient. The effectiveness of this interaction is determined by the conditions of providing medical care to the patient-child and the characteristics of the communicative characteristics of the pediatrician. The article discusses the features of communicative attitudes and coping behavior of pediatricians in a situation of therapeutic interaction, taking into account the conditions for providing medical care in pediatrics.

Abstract
The article presents a study of the characteristics of temporal perspectives in alcohol dependence. The dynamics of the temporal perspective, understood as a systemic multi-level education, depending on the stage of the disease, is considered. Codepended relationships in alcohol dependence are investigated as a factor in determining the manifestation of features of a temporal perspective.

Abstract
The article examines the attitude of the respondents to the concept of “balanced nutrition”, self-assessment of the diet of high school students, and the presence of chronic diseases associated with poor nutrition. On the basis of the survey, the daily diet of the respondents was analyzed, conclusions were drawn about the need for educational and preventive work aimed at creating a nutrition culture.

Abstract
In this article, the features of the structure and clinical manifestations of acute community-acquired pneumonia in children of the Kursk region are studied. Based on the analyzed case histories of 40 children, morbidity and clinic statistics were compiled according to criteria such as the child’s gender, place of residence, complaints made by the child or parents, degree of fever, prevalence of the process in the lungs, etiological structure.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of sociological research conducted in order to study and take into account the opinions of the population of Kursk about people with disabilities, the problems of their life. The development trends of vital difficulties persons with disabilities, analysed the socio-cultural features of public opinion against sick people, defined by social “portrait” of a person with disabilities, created a model to achieve success in life of the disabled person, his need in assistance. The influence of the disease, limited opportunities on the social status of the person is studied. Behavioral reactions of people in the conditions of health deterioration are considered.
