PEDAGOGICAL PSYCHOLOGY

Abstract

Relevance. One of the important aspects of the modern learning process that requires additional study is the significant impact of stress factors on the professional training of psychology students and their future activities. Psychologists in the process of training and subsequent work often face emotionally intense situations that require high resistance to stress. Insufficient stress tolerance can lead to professional burnout, a decrease in the quality of care provided, and even the development of emotional disorders among the specialists themselves.
Purpose. To study the features of stress tolerance of psychology students.
Materials and methods. To study students' stress tolerance, a set of psychodiagnostic techniques was used: a self-assessment test of personal stress tolerance (authors I. V. Kirsheva, N. V. Ryabchikova), a coping test (author R. Lazouras, Adaptation: NIPNI), the Anxiety Scale method (author Ch. Spielberg, adaptation by Y.L. Khanin). The nonparametric Mann-Whitney U-test was used for statistical processing of the results.
Results. The study showed that first-year and fifth-year students have significantly different levels of stress tolerance and coping with difficulties. First-year students, who have mainly low and medium levels of stress tolerance, demonstrate increased vulnerability to stress and lack of well-developed coping strategies. At the same time, fifth-year students have a significantly higher level of stress tolerance, which indicates the maturity of their adaptive mechanisms and the ability to effectively manage stress.
Conclusions. The differences in stress tolerance of students in different courses emphasize the importance of systematic preparation of first-year students for the complexities of student life. To support first-year students, a training program has been developed aimed at developing their stress tolerance and adaptive skills.

Abstract

Purpose. A study of the features of the structural organization of social attitudes of interpersonal interaction of “burned out” volunteers in the context of extremization of professionally oriented volunteer activities in order to determine targets for the prevention of their emotional burnout.
Materials and methods. The study involved 194 people from the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Kursk State Medical University” of the Russian Ministry of Health and the ANO “TsSPSKR “Phoenix” of Kursk. Of these, the total number of professionally and non-professionally oriented volunteers was equal to 97 people. Standardized psychodiagnostic methods for studying emotional burnout and social attitudes of interpersonal interaction were used to collect data. The results were processed using descriptive statistics methods, comparative (nonparametric U-Mann-Whitney criterion) and structural-psychological (A.V. Karpov) types of analysis.
Results. The method of structural-psychological analysis allowed us to determine the features of the structural organization of social attitudes of interpersonal interaction of "burnt-out" volunteers in the conditions of extremization of professionally oriented volunteer activity - facilitators and inhibitors of their emotional burnout, presented both at the level of structural components and at the level of individual elements. Facilitation is ensured by a high degree of integration of the elements of the motivational-need and behavioral components, and inhibition - cognitive and emotional.
Conclusions. The results obtained in the study serve as the basis for developing a prevention program aimed at optimizing the motivational-need, emotional, cognitive and behavioral components of social attitudes of interpersonal interaction as catalysts/inhibitors of emotional burnout

Abstract

Relevance. The Quadrobera subculture is gaining more and more popularity every day. At first glance, it may seem that the hobby of a minor is harmless, limited only by attributes that help to become outwardly similar to animals, but often the hobby goes to extremes, and a number of authors consider it destructive, capable of leading to personality regression. The issue concerns both parents, legal representatives of minors, and the public at large at various levels, up to the legislative level. However, the phenomenon of quadrobing implies a deeper understanding than perception through the prism of external behavioral characteristics, and requires a deeper and more detailed study of the psychological mechanisms of quadrobing formation and its impact on identity distortion in the adolescent environment. Goal. To carry out a pedagogical, psychological and psychiatric understanding of the phenomenon of the Quadrobera subculture as a form of identity distortion in the adolescent environment.
Materials and methods. In the course of the study, a literature review was conducted to study the psychological mechanisms of protection and deviation in the behavior of quadrobers, a study was conducted through an anonymous sociological survey conducted using the Yandex Forms platform, in which 114 people participated: 34 people (30%) are practicing psychiatrists, 80 people (70%) arestudents of a medical university and resident doctors specializing in Psychiatry.
Results. The key mechanism for forming the commitment of minors to subculture is its use as a psychological defense in conditions of personal instability, internal conflict and social maladaptation. The opinion of psychiatrists and students converged on issues related to the hospitalization and forced treatment of representatives of the subculture, the attitude to hobby as a psychopathology. The majority of respondents consider a fascination with psychopathology that does not require hospitalization and compulsory treatment. They also recommend seeking the advice of a clinical psychologist. Students of a medical university are recommended to consult a psychiatrist more often. If parents or legal representatives of minors had contacted the doctors, they would have consulted the children and treated them like ordinary patients.
Conclusions. Quadrobing is a protection mechanism for minors based on regression, compensation, dissociation, and identification with the aggressor. It was found that medical university students have a more conservative view of the Quadrobera subculture and its representatives than psychiatrists. The results obtained can be used to develop a methodological manual, a preventive manual on digital hygiene and to expand interactions between specialists, parents and underage representatives of the subculture

Abstract

Relevance. Ahe problem of introducing the institute of mentoring as one of the key methods of adaptation of young government civil servants is not an innovative practice, as N.N. Klishch and V.A. Yanvareva write. Nevertheless, over time, this form of training – mentoring – has proven to be the most effective in the field of professional development and training for government agencies, state corporations, and small and medium-sized businesses. Mentoring practice is associated with a number of issues that reduce its effectiveness and make it difficult for organizations to achieve higher levels of institutional and human development.
The strategic guidelines of the mentoring system require constant adaptation in accordance with the transformations of the institution of civil service, as well as internal structures and organizational changes that occur in specific government agencies. Moreover, it is necessary to adjust the mentoring process, since during the interaction with the mentee, the mentor has the opportunity to better assess his professional strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunity to identify additional areas for improving the level of competence.
Purpose. Formation of a proactive mentoring model in the Administration of the Kursk region.
Objectives: to study the conceptual and essential categories of the mentoring phenomenon; to review the goals and objectives of the institute of mentoring in the system of public authorities; to analyze the effectiveness of advanced programs and projects in the field of mentoring (the experience of public and private structures); to study the system of regulatory and legal regulation of mentoring programs in government agencies; to develop an algorithm for mentoring in the Administration of the Kursk region; designing the guidance of a mentor and mentee in the Administration of the Kursk region.
Materials and methods. Theоretical (cоmparisоn, analysis of knоwledge systems, scientific theоries and cоncepts of mentoring) and empirical (study of literature and normative legal acts, retrospective method and forecasting, mоdeling) methods оf scientific research were used in the preparation of the study.
Conclusions. The study of the practice of introducing mentoring in the public service system, both at the federal level and in the regions of Russia, demonstrates the high prospects of this technology in the context of improving the effectiveness of public administration. The expansion of its functional tasks is noted, as well as the active improvement of approaches to the introduction of innovative mechanisms, forms and methods of mentoring
