Folk art expresses the” spirit “ of the people, their character and psychology, aesthetic and national values. The artistic originality of works of folk art is determined by their connection with historically established traditions, which serve as a design basis for the formation of ethnocultural competencies of future designers in the educational process of the University.

Understanding the meaning of its existence is the main and significant task of mankind, which has been of concern to it since long ago. For young people, questions about the meaning of life are most frequent and particularly pressing, for there comes an understanding of life not as a series of random disparate events, but as a whole process having a certain direction, continuity and meaning. Wondering about the meaning of life, a young man thinks at the same time about the direction of social development in general, and about the specific purpose of his own life. In youth, the development of values, value orientations, life plans takes place, independence is approved, then the personality is adjusted to find life meaning aimed at the future. The question of the meaning of life in youth is often seen as a plan that should be implemented soon.

This article explores the attitude of students in the city of Kursk to the principles of healthy eating. Based on the questionnaire, the schoolchildren’s awareness of healthy nutrition issues, the degree of compliance with the healthy lifestyle rules, nutritional structure, the presence of bad habits and chronic diseases among students in Kursk schools were analyzed.

The article characterizes the regularities of the development of figurative-associative thinking of the student-designer in the process of creative activity, draws attention to the choice of creative source in the design of the collection, the formation of professional qualities of the future specialist in the field of authoring works.

The features of the rehabilitation and correctional direction in teaching phthisiology of students with disabilities using the original methodology developed by the department for classroom independent work in a democratic style of pedagogical communication, the use of coaching and self-control of knowledge, as well as with the participation of students in a volunteer movement aimed at rehabilitation are considered patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.

The problem of increasing the level of disability among young people today is relevant. According to the Federal state statistics service at the beginning of 2017 in our country the number of disabled people aged 18 to 30 years is 552 thousand people [1]. A person who has any restrictions on the state of his health, puts up with the fact that he feels the limitations of society. If health problems occur not in childhood, but at an older age, the person faces the problem of adaptation to new living conditions. This issue becomes especially important when people with disabilities enter higher medical educational institutions. In addition to adapting to the conditions of life in the social environment, they have to adapt to the educational environment of the University in which they study [2].
