Abstract
Relevance. The article reflects important aspects of the study of the effectiveness of small groups in adaptive sports under stress. The research was conducted as part of a social project supported by the Hear Sport Presidential Grants Foundation, and touched upon a topical topic in sports psychology that studies the behavior of people with hearing impairment. The empirical research conducted by us highlights the specific features that affect the performance of groups that work in stressful conditions of joint sports activities. Identifying the organization of a group as a key factor determining the range of possible performance outcomes highlights the importance of team dynamics and interaction. This opens up new horizons for understanding how a group can adapt to stressful situations and achieve optimal results in adaptive sports.
