Abstract
Relevance. Identifying the relationship between interpersonal interaction attitudes and the perception of the organization by medical workers will allow adjusting work processes and interaction between employees of one organization for the effective implementation of assigned tasks.
Purpose. The study is to study the relationship between interpersonal interaction attitudes and the perception of the organization among medical workers of rehabilitation centers.
Materials and methods. To achieve the goal and objectives of this study, the following standard methods were used: the “Metaphor” method; the “Crosspiece” method; the “Express diagnostics of intragroup interaction attitudes" method; “Method of assessing effectiveness in the organization” based on the modification of the existing “360 degrees” method by P. Ward.
Results. It was revealed that the features of interpersonal interaction of a group of doctors, a group of nursing staff and a group of medical psychologists do not differ statistically significantly, workers with high awareness and leadership attitudes of interaction more often depict the organization (rehabilitation center) as a static, motionless image, workers with a high level of awareness tend to depict a neutral image of the organization, while the images of the organization of workers with a low level of awareness often have a negative emotional content. The higher the awareness, the higher the workers assess the organization's orientation to the market and the client and the higher they assess the innovativeness of the organization and the initiative of the working personnel.
Conclusions. Nursing staff and medical psychologists of the rehabilitation center more often resort to rivalry in the implementation of interaction than doctors. Doctors, in turn, more often use demonstrative and constructive attitudes of interaction. Medical workers with high awareness present the organization as a static, neutral image and note the organization's orientation to innovativeness and the needs of the patient. Medical workers with attitudes towards constructiveness, leadership and distancing note the high focus of the organization on intra-organizational problems.
