Supervision as a tool for preventing professional burnout of social work specialists

Abstract
This article presents the results of studying and substantiating the positive effect of supervision as a technology aimed at preventing professional burnout of social work specialists. Supervision was considered by us as a way to deal with professional burnout. The article presents a program of supervision aimed at strengthening and maintaining the professional health of future specialists.
