Abstract
The trend of steady growth of elderly people in the Kursk region leads to an increase in the level of significance of physical therapy (physical therapy). The article highlights the problem of awareness of older people about the need to use physical therapy as the most physiological and effective method of recovery, which is successfully used in the process of rehabilitation after exacerbation of many chronic diseases.
