Abstract
The article examines the experience and main results of the work of Kursk State Medical University in the direction of career guidance and employment of students with disabilities and disabilities. The problems faced by a medical educational organization in the process of career support for graduates with disabilities and disabilities are presented. The principles of solving problems related to the employment of persons with disabilities and disabilities are highlighted.
