Postpartum depression of a woman as a psychological problem

Abstract

Affective birth disorders are a significant problem for obstetricians, gynecologists and pediatricians who may not be sufficiently aware of what postpartum depression is, as well as psychologists, psychotherapists and psychiatrists. For medicine of our time, as well as in general for the health care of the Russian Federation, the state of postpartum depression is a big problem, in general, since it is little studied, and its symptoms are similar to other types of depression and psychosis
