В повседневной геронтологической практике при оценке нейрокогнитивного статуса пациентов позднего возраста большее внимание уделяется когнитивным функциям, при этом недостаточно учитываются особенностям социо-когнитивных функций или социального познания. Изменения в социальном познании рассматривают как биопсихосоциальный индикатор психологического неблагополучия. В статье впервые описана интегративная модель возникновения депрессии П. Лаутена и П. Фонаги. Представлен индекс экспресс оценки изменений в эмоциональной компетентности. Представлен диагностический алгоритм оценки и дифференциации первичных или вторичных нарушений в способности понимать психические состояния других людей в позднем возрасте.
In everyday gerontological practice, when assessing the neurocognitive status of patients of late age, more attention is paid to cognitive functions, while not taking into account the peculiarities of socio-cognitive functions or social cognition. Changes in social cognition are considered as a biopsychosocial indicator of psychological distress. The paper first describes the integrative model of depression Lazutina and Fonagy. The index of rapid assessment of changes in emotional competence is presented. The paper presents a diagnostic algorithm for assessing and differentiating primary or secondary disorders in the ability to understand the mental States of other people at a later age.
